You’ve chosen a venue for your event, but now you need to find suppliers to make the event a success – but there’s so much to do and so many suppliers out there, where do you start? Don’t worry – we’re here to help you to find your way through the maze of suppliers and find what you’re looking for.
At Onyx we have intimate knowledge of the suppliers across the North West, and further afield, who have what you’re looking for to meet your vision, specific needs and budget.
This service is perfect for those who need a hand to get some of the essential elements of their event in place, but don’t have sufficient time to do the research or know where to start.
Our fixed price, bespoke event supplier sourcing service provides you with:
- An initial meeting with you to identify your requirements for specific suppliers. This can be for one category of supply/service (e.g. catering) or several, depending on your needs. If you’re not sure what categories you need to consider, we can help with that too.
- From your specification, we will research appropriate suppliers and provide you with a comparison report of up to 3 of the most suitable to meet your needs. The report will include a description of their services, estimated costs and reviews/testimonies if available.
- We will also contact the selected suppliers to determine availability and, where possible, provisionally hold the date for your event for you until you’ve made a final decision.
- We will then obtain final quotes from your preferred suppliers (negotiating discounts on your behalf wherever possible) and assist you to book them, either directly by you or through us.
