Our fixed price, bespoke event venue sourcing service provides you with:
- An initial meeting with you to identify all your requirements from an event venue, including those requirements that you may not have considered yet, and discuss potential options and ideas.
- From your specification, we will research appropriate venues and provide you with a comparison report of up to 3 of the most suitable venues. The report will include venue specifications, estimated costs, pros & cons and photographs.
- We will also contact the selected venues to determine availability and, where possible, provisionally hold the venue for your event date until you are able to view the venues.
- We will arrange for you to visit each of the shortlisted venues and will accompany you to provide advice and assist you with your decision making.
- We will then obtain final quotes from your preferred venues (negotiating discounts on your behalf wherever possible) and assist you to book the venue, either directly by you or through us.
